During COVID, make sure you take care of your mental health!

COVID has presented many new challenges for 2020, and our schools systems have felt the impact. The changes, the uncertainty, the fear, all have caused distress to students, administrators, teachers, and staff. The following is a FREE resource that can help all of those populations.

PPE is a Crisis Counseling Program funded by FEMA to help individuals and communities recover from events such as the current pandemic. These services are available FREE and anonymous to all Arkansas residents.  The following is a short description of the program, as well as the support line number and a link to the website:

Promoting Positive Emotions (PPE) is a campaign by the Arkansas Department of Human Services Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services. As we all continue to contend with the ongoing pandemic, Arkansans are experiencing increased emotional and behavioral health needs. We want to make sure every Arkansan in need knows about the resources that are available to them.

If you're experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, or other emotional changes due to COVID-19 and you need to talk to someone, you can seek help from our Crisis Support Line at 833-993-2382.
