The Spirit Rally for tonight is being postponed. It will be on Monday, August 28th at 6:00 p.m. The weather should be significantly cooler. This creates a safer environment for all participants! Thank you for understanding!

Extracurriculars are in full swing and we have a Pep Rally this week! Come watch our band, cheerleaders, and football team this week at our 1st home game of the year! We hope you get to come out and join us! Here is your “This Week at MTSD!” Last week, our homecoming opponent cancelled their game with us. We are moving homecoming and working out the details. Are you ready to help make a difference in our community? Do you want to be involved in helping our educational system, helping find potential jobs, working to improve our housing, and trying to create quality of life experiences for our community? If so, come join us at the elementary cafeteria for a tailgate party on August 24th at 5:00 p.m. We will have tailgate food from 5:00-5:30 and then a quick meeting to share a new initiative called #markedtree2030. This will be followed immediately by the jr. high scrimmage! Mon.- Tennis @ Allen Park vs Ridgefield Christian and EPC at 4:00 Tues.- Golf @ Manila at 3:30. Spirit Rally at 6:00pm at the football field Wed.- Tennis @ Allen Park vs CRA and EPC at 4:00 Thurs.- JH Football Jamboree @ Home at 6:00. Fri.- No School. Teachers have professional development. Sr. Football vs. Hazen at MT. Kickoff at 7:00. Upcoming Events August 29- Parent Teacher Conferences Sept. 1 and 4- Labor Day Holiday- No school Sept. 20/21st- 9 weeks tests Sept. 22- Teacher PD (No School) Sept. 25-Oct. 6- Fall Break
