Our Sr. Boys are going to the state championship! We will play in Hot Springs on Saturday at 1:15. Tickets for adults are $10 and student tickets are $9. We have a private link for tickets that we can utilize until around 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning! Purchase your tickets now! The private link is: https://gofan.co/event/1407498 There will be a pep-bus for students in grades 7-12. The pep bus will leave at 8:30 a.m. and students will need to be at the high school at 8:00 a.m. Students can begin registering starting tomorrow. The cost to ride the pep bus is $9 (just for the tickets). Students should bring money for concessions. For our games, the doors will open at 10:30 a.m. The 1A girls game will be at 11:30 a.m. If you purchase a ticket, it is good for the girls game and our game. Congrats to our basketball teams for advancing to the state tourney! If your student wants to attend the games, the absences will be excused as long as they check in with the administrator on duty at the game they attend. Parents, There was fire sensor that was triggered at the elementary that cause our alarm to be activated. The fire department has checked the building. All students are back in class and everything is ok!

Just a reminder that parent teacher conferences are today! Please come join us from 3:30 until 6:00! There will be no track meeting tonight due to basketball games. We will let you know when this will be rescheduled.

Please don't forget that parent teacher conferences on both campuses are tomorrow from 3:30 until 6:00. We will NOT dismiss early. At the conclusion of parent teacher conferences, there will be a meeting in the high school cafeteria for parents of student-athletes who want to run track.

Parents, The state has allowed schools to examine their calendars and find minutes each day that schools can use that will reduce the number of make-up days from snow. After looking at our calendar, MTSD will only have one make-up day (barring additional snow). We were scheduled to have a non-student day on February 16th. Now, that will be our only make-up day. School will be in session on February 16th.

Due to Valentine's Day Parties and Parent Teacher Conferences, there will be no elementary after-school program tomorrow or Thursday. We will be back on schedule next week!

Due to the condition of the floodways, we are delaying the Payneway bus route by one hour.

The elementary school will be open tomorrow from 3:00-5:00 for Valentine's drop-off. Both campuses will allow drop-offs to be made on Wednesday until 12:00. Happy Valentine's Day!
