Come join us for Trunk or Treat! This will be held on October 30th on the elementary campus from 5:30-7:00. While this isn't Halloween, we want to allow families more time to be with each other and participate in the events around town on October 31st! We will have hotdogs, hamburgers, and more! Games, too! While we are together, we will be sharing some information about school and upcoming events! Local business are welcome to join! Just let us know if you want to participate. Several have already signed up! We look forward to seeing you there!

MTSD has paid for all seniors and juniors to take the ACT on Oct. 17th. The high school will be having an ACT Bootcamp when we return from fall break. While your student might not plan on attending college, remind them they might change their mind. Each opportunity is important and thousands of dollars are at stake!

Parents, just a reminder that our Jr. and Sr. High Football teams will practice during fall break. The Jr. High team will practice at 8:30 and the Sr. High team will practice at 10:00. Coach Wages will run a bus on Industrial, Owen, Finch, and Pecan at 8:00 a.m. Parents of seniors, please don't forget that composite pictures are on October 13th.

There will be no after school program on Wednesday or Thursday. We will resume the program on Tuesday, October 10th.
